Managing Contractual Conflicts

Conflicts and disputes are becoming increasingly common in managing contracts, particularly contracts pertaining to large size projects. It is essential that contract managers be able to handle these conflicts and maintain a good relationship with the other contracting party. Therefore, contract managers should be able to uncover the sources of conflicts and have the knowledge, expertise and skills necessary to deal with conflicts as they arise. In this webinar, we will explore and discuss the different methods of managing conflicts successfully and of handling disputes between the contracting parties, using means such as negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
