Risk Management in Agile Environment

Risk management is an essential project management practice. However, it is important to understand that the way we manage risks in agile projects is different than the way risk is managed in a traditional project environment.

This webinar will discuss risk management in an agile environment and answer the following questions: how to incorporate risks and risk responses in agile adaptive planning, how to analyze the risks, how to determine the risk severity, how to present the risk analysis using risk burndown graph, and how to arrange for the appropriate risk response.
