Etiquette refers to guidelines which direct the way a responsible individual should behave in society. It is the way human beings should conduct ourselves within societal norms.
Due to the diversification present in our world nowadays, and because of the effects of globalization, it is imperative that we, as members of society, be aware of the need for etiquette and protocol in all situations be it social, corporate, meetings, telephone calls, emails and more.
In this webinar we will shed light on how etiquette and protocol can help make us cultured individuals, and enable us to earn respect and appreciation in our social and business environments.

Dr. Hanna El-Jor is a partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a bachelor of science from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and a doctorate from LaSalle University, both in the USA. Hanna has also earned a post graduate diploma in public relations and event management from the Fitzwilliam Institute in London and completed post graduate studies in safety promotion and risk management with the University of Karolinska in Sweden. In addition, he is an associate certified coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
