Zero-based manpower planning is an extension of zero-based budgeting. Today, not every function in an organization is necessary until proven otherwise. This webinar will highlight the importance of zero-based manpower planning techniques and their applications for optimal use of available human resources, while focusing on the effectiveness of each function and future needs of the organization.

He is certified in occupational health and safety from Nebosh and is a registered organization development consultant (RODC) with the International Society for Organization Development and Change (ISODC).
